Krysia West, CEO of Perfectly Posh Hair and Postiche Academy, is a hair loss specialist and educator studying trichology. She’s part of the Aveda UK & I Art Team and a Glowwa Hair Food ambassador.
A member of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing Project X Team in 2019, Colour Project in 2018 and Project Afro 2023, Krysia has immersed herself in the industry over the last few years gaining recognition for her hard work. Thus, being a three times British Hairdresser of the Year finalist for Southern Hairdresser of the Year. In 2022, Krysia founded Postiche Academy with her sister and business partner. Postiche Academy is a trichology training and education platform for UK hairdressers, dedicated in supporting the emotional and physical effects of hair loss. Krysia created the online education system with stylists in mind, to offer sensitive solutions and training to help hairdressers provide professional hair loss care and guidance.
