HairCon powered by Fresha 2026 will be taking place on Saturday 13th June – Monday 15th June at the O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, M17 1AB. Saturday 13th June 2026 is reserved for VIP events and trade press. Admission tickets are available Sunday 14th June 2026 from 10:00am–11:00pm and Monday 15th June 2026 9:00am–4:00pm. Monday Day/Night tickets include access to the Sunday evening entertainment starting from 6:00pm. Please ensure you book the relevant ticket for the day and night you wish to attend. An exclusive Distributor event will also be held on Monday morning.

As a professional trade event for the hair and barber industry we are unfortunately unable to admit any under 16s. Prams are also not permitted; this is to maintain a safe and professional environment.

As a professional industry event, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or abusive behaviour toward our guests, teams, partners or anyone in attendance at the event. 

The venue operates under a cashless policy.  

There is a cloakroom for your coats and small bags. This is free for VIP and Platinum ticket holders, there will be a small fee for standard ticket holders.

Our goal is to make its event as sustainable as possible and to reduce the environmental impact of the event. For example, by providing recycling bins around the venue. We are also reducing printed material and single use plastic. We urge exhibitors to consider the environmental impact of their involvement in the event and is constantly evolving and updating their processes. 

Limited parking will be available (please note this is a first-come first-serve basis). Payable on the day. Please follow signage to the dedicated car parks on arriving at the venue. Further public car parks are available in the vicinity.

Yes your ticket gives you access to live stages, workshops and talks. VIP and Platinum tickets will get exclusive access to certain areas.  

We will always endeavor to transfer your ticket should you find you are no longer able to attend the original booked date, please contact us here. We are unfortunately unable to process any refunds. 

Tickets for HairCon powered by Fresha 2026 will be issued automatically via SeeTickets. Tickets are electronic only. The lead booker received this when they purchased their tickets, please check in your junk folder. Please make sure you have your ticket ready to scan as you will not be granted entry without it. We would recommend downloading it before you arrive.
