What is HairCon?

HairCon, the premier trade event for the hair industry, is a must-attend showcase for hairstylists, salon owners, and hair enthusiasts. With 10 headline partners, it stands at the forefront of innovation, trends, and education. You can be inspired by new techniques, collaborate with new partners for your business and come together with some of the biggest names in the industry.

When and where is HairCon taking place?

What are the opening times?

The venue will be open; 10am- 11pm Saturday 22nd June, 10am-11pm Sunday 23rd June, 10am-5pm Monday 24th June. Please ensure you book the relevant ticket for the day and/or night you wish to attend. For any questions around ticket types please contact us here. With an amazing lineup across all stages, pioneering brands to discover and restaurants and bars open at the venue, we encourage you stay with us for the whole day!

What brands are exhibiting at the event?

Will there be food and drink at the venue?

There will be a wide selection of food and beverage stands at the event.

Code of Conduct

As a professional industry event, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or abusive behaviour toward our guests, teams, partners or anyone in attendance at the event. 

Does the venue take card/cash?

The venue operates under a cashless policy.  

Where can I leave my bags?

There is a cloakroom for your coats and small bags. This is free for VIP and Platinum ticket holders, there will be a small fee for standard ticket holders. 

What disabled facilities are available?

Sustainability

Our goal is to make its event as sustainable as possible and to reduce the environmental impact of the event. For example, by providing recycling bins around the venue. We are also reducing printed material and single use plastic. We urge exhibitors to consider the environmental impact of their involvement in the event and is constantly evolving and updating their processes. 

Is there parking at the venue?

Limited parking will be available, chargeable on the day. Further public car parks are available in the vicinity. 

How do I get to the venue from Manchester City Centre?

O2 Victoria Warehouse is easily accessible by train, tram and road. Check out our venue page for more info. 

Does my ticket give me access to the live stages/ worshops/ talks?

Yes your ticket gives you access to live stages, workshops and talks. VIP tickets will get exclusive access to certain zones.  

Refunds and Transfers?

We will always endeavor to transfer your ticket should you find you are no longer able to attend the original booked date, please contact us here. We are unfortunately unable to process any refunds. 

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets are electronic only. The lead booker received this when they purchased their tickets. Please make sure you have your ticket ready to scan as you will not be granted entry without it. We would recommend downloading it before you arrive.
