Ross started his Hairdressing career at Renella Hair salon in 1991, he went through his level 2 and 3 NVQ following this up with his assessor’s qualification D32/33.
Along with running a very busy and successful client column, Ross found the time and love of educating and sharing his experience.
Ross Miller has been hairdressing for over 34 years in hairdressing and is the MD of Renella hairdressing and MD of MTA Hair Education Academy in Falkirk Scotland. Ross has a wealth of knowledge and understanding when it comes to education and management, having developed training for his family business and producing first class hairdressers. He has also worked with Habia, Great Lengths, Wella and Sassoon education, still represents Gold Fever Extensions and Keratin Complex brands.
Representing these organization’s at events around the UK educating various stylists, colleges, and individuals. Ross is an active member of the Fellowship of British Hairdressers and NHBF.
Ross has been successfully running his own Modern Apprentice Funded academy since 2013 and expanding this into a Training Provider Academy with the physical academy location in Falkirk central Scotland it’s a great location as now the Academy has many salons attached to it across Scotland and is growing this year on year. Ross schedules and takes part in the private courses that His academy take each year. Whilst having a team with him to upskill and train the next generation of Hairdressers.
Delivering as early as possible to way to integrate apprentices into your salon and get them earning for them and you as soon as you can to both benefit.
