Patricia Davis is International Lead Educator for McBride Research Laboratories, Inc., makers of Design Essentials Professional Hair Care Systems and Design Essentials for Natural Hair Collections.
Patricia’s career as a Hair Stylist, Salon Owner, College Tutor and Educator spans over a 35-year period and she is of the mindset that as the hair industry continuously evolves, she must grasp the opportunities she’s given and move beyond the stereotypical view of a ‘hairdresser’ to being at the forefront of and continuously move forward.
Patricia was one of the Expert Group Members to give advice to Habia for their review of the National Occupational Standards, which subsequently approved to include Textured Hair. She has been significant in writing the Design Essentials® Hairdressing Courses including their Habia Endorsed CPD Training Courses currently being offered to Stylists & Tutors up-skilling to include Textured Hair Services and Tutoring to their roles.
Patricia has impacted Professionals through Education Delivery throughout the UK, Europe & Africa, as well as the USA, and continuously pushes boundaries, challenges the way hairdressing is viewed and is a stickler for ensuring that proper practices are upheld.
