Cutting hair since the age of 13, Oliver’s career began in a salon environment before evolving into a distinct focus on modern men’s hair, blending technical hairdressing with contemporary barbering. Known for his eye for trend-led, wearable styles, he is passionate about education leading the MaxOliver Academy, team development and pushing the craft forward.
