My name is Jess I’ve always wanted to be a hairdresser so studying hairdressing at West Suffolk college was an obvious choice for me.
I have really enjoyed learning and growing my skills. I have been lucky enough to have some incredibly supportive tutors who have encouraged me to push myself. This has lead me to some amazing achievements including winning my category in the Concept hair Avant Garde and being named overall concept learner of the year as well as qualifying in the national heats in world skills and participating by having a day with the fellowship. This has given me more confidence and passion for the industry. I’m excited to build my career and explore even more opportunities.
