With over 30 years at the heart of the professional hair and beauty industry, Jayne Lewis-Orr is one of its most respected and influential figures.
Formerly Executive Director of the Professional Beauty Group and long-time Editor-in-Chief of Hairdressers Journal International, she has led some of the industry’s most recognised brands and events including Salon International and the British Hairdressing Awards.
Now founder and director of Allium Bloom, Jayne provides strategic insight to businesses and organisations across the professional hair and beauty sectors, specialising in business growth, leadership, brand strategy, event direction and industry engagement. She continues to champion the sector as President of the Hair & Beauty Charity, Trustee of VTCT, Chair of the Hair & Barber Council and as an active council member of the Hair & Beauty Suppliers Association (HBSA).
