UK curl specialist and educator Erica Liburd is one of the country’s leading textured hair education advocates.
Founder of The Muse Salon in Northampton, Erica is also co founder of the Cross Cultural Curl Collective a community of curly specialists from around the world, educating and training salon owners and hair professionals on how to care, treat and understand afro and curly hair and the cultures behind them. She heads up Texture Unravelled, a campaign and education initiative designed to unravel the mysteries and complexities that surround textured hair and rejuvenate and revolutionise the industry by actively transforming industry standards and creating inclusive education for stylists across the UK and Europe. Erica is part of the Kings Trust Cultural Awareness Network (CAN), further solidifying her role as a leader in cultural inclusivity within the industry.
