Starting his journey as an apprentice, Demetri quickly progressed through salon roles to become a stylist, educator, and salon manager, developing a strong foundation in both technical excellence and team leadership. His career expanded into session styling before returning to education—where he discovered his true calling—combining creativity, coaching, and innovation.
Since joining Dyson, Demetri has played a key role in shaping global education strategies, leading training across both professional and retail environments. His work focuses on bridging the gap between scientific engineering and creative styling, empowering stylists and retail teams with the knowledge to deliver high-performance results while maintaining hair health.
