As the Senior Colour Director of the London academy, Caroline leads the innovative team, contributing colour ideas for the seasonal collections as well as being involved in new colour course developments.
Caroline also works tirelessly on the standardisation of the Sassoon teaching methods.
For over twenty years Caroline has travelled internationally, demonstrating her technical prowess in precision colouring, accurate placement, and peerless technique.
Caroline’s true passion in colour is suitability, and that any technique, application and colour choice should consider and reflect the individual wearer.
