As Global Creative Directors of Oway, they champion natural and organic styles, reinforcing their dedication to sustainability—a commitment that made Blue Tit the first salon group in Europe to achieve B Corp certification.

With a global reach, the team travels internationally to teach Oway collections, lead demonstrations at major industry events, and share their modern, eco-conscious approach to hairdressing.

Tom Warr

Tom is the Academy Director at Blue Tit London. After enrolling in the Blue Tit Academy, he developed a passion for hairdressing and technical precision. Rising through the ranks, Tom now leads the Academy and serves as a global educator. His teaching blends classic techniques with contemporary styles, encouraging creative expression while building solid technical foundations. Tom’s trademark vintage looks, inspired by old British subcultures, have also helped grow his online presence.

Declan is the Colour & Technical Director at Blue Tit London and plays a key role as an educator. At the Blue Tit Academy, Declan shares his expertise in technical skills and creative development with both aspiring and experienced stylists. His dedication to fostering the next generation of professionals focuses on advancing technical precision and promoting sustainability within the industry.

Pash Mitchell

Pash is the lead educator for Afro and textured hair at Blue Tit London, where he oversees training across all salons in styling, cutting, and texture release techniques. He also leads the Afro & Textured Hair 3-Day Course at the Blue Tit Academy, teaching stylists the fundamentals of working with textured hair. Pash is passionate about inclusivity and advocacy, particularly for Black men in premium hairdressing, and strives to promote diversity and excellence in the industry.

With over 17 years in the industry, Mads’ passion for education grew after moving from Denmark to London, where they immersed themselves in technical artistry. A well-rounded stylist, Mads thrives on constant evolution and is known for their expertise in cutting, styling, and colouring. As a Blue Tit educator, Mads teaches sustainable techniques worldwide, drawing inspiration from runways, exhibitions, and their creative team. Their philosophy?
