Born in September 2022 and located in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, UNDERFOUND is a concept store that blends the best in independent fashion with a hair salon and live music venue. Owned and operated by Andy Conway and Rhiannah Balcombe, the store benefits from their decades of experience in male grooming and fashion. Rhiannah, an award-winning barber, leads the store’s day-to-day operations and customer experience; which has contributed to UNDERFOUND becoming the top-rated hair salon in the Altrincham area. Andy focuses on marketing and brand partnerships, with a particular emphasis on emerging talent, whether in the form of new designers or musicians for in-store Live experiences. UNDERFOUND has quickly made its mark on Greater Manchester’s culture, earning nominations for several accolades, including a win in the mystery shop category and recognition for arts and cultural impact at the ‘I Love Manchester Awards’. In 2023, the business-to-business offering UNDERFOUND Studio was introduced to further support the brand partnerships. Offering content creation, design, manufacturing and brand representation, UNDERFOUND Studio is instrumental in growing the brand by discovering & celebrating ‘the new’ within art and fashion, summed up with the slogan ‘Follow Your Own Path, And Let The People Talk’
